Voice of Learners (VOL) is an innovative educational platform dedicated to empowering students, educators, and lifelong learners through high-quality tutoring, professional development, and career counselings services.
Founded by two passionate educationists, VoL was born out of a shared vision to bridge the gap between traditional teaching practices and the needs of modern learners. With years of combined experience in teacher development, curriculum innovation, and educational leadership, the founders established VoL as a platform where educators can learn, grow, and lead with confidence.

Ms. Rubina Zaidi
Co-Founder & Director – Teacher’s Training
and Consultancy
At VOL, she leads the teacher development and consultancy division, overseeing the design and delivery of professional training programmes and working closely with schools to strengthen teaching quality and institutional growth.
Dr. Sarwat Nauman
Co-Founder & Director – Academics
As a social scientist, with a PhD in Education, Dr. Sarwat Nauman is deeply committed to exploring the intersections of education, society, and philosophy to foster critical inquiry and meaningful change. She has over two decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration with articles, book chapters and books published with renowned publishing houses. She has worked as the Head of the Education Department and Associate Professor at the Institute of Business Management, DHA Degree College for Women and PISJ-ES Jeddah. She received the the Best Dissertation Award 2022 by the CIES and has been working in the capacity of the Country Director of Pakistan by HETL since 2021.
At VOL she leads the academic direction of Voice of Learners, ensuring that every programme reflects pedagogical excellence and global best practice. She is responsible for curriculum design, assessment standards, and quality assurance across all qualifications. With a strong commitment to research-informed practice, she guides VoL’s academic team in maintaining rigor, relevance, and continuous improvement in every course offered.
